Pets require approval.
If your property is approved for pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be required for approved pets.
02 · RESTRICTIONS
Insurance restrictions
Due to insurance purposes, any pet labeled as a vicious animal (Doberman, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Great Dane, etc.), or any attack-trained animal will not be permitted on the property.
03 · POLICY COMPLIANCE
Following the policy
If the pet policy is violated, it will result in immediate termination and eviction if necessary.
