If your property is approved for pets, a non refundable pet fee of $250 will be required for approved pets. Due to insurance purposes any pet labeled as a vicious animal (Doberman, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Great Dane, etc.), or any attack-trained animal will not be permitted on the property.

If the pet policy is violated, it will result in immediate termination and eviction if necessary.
