A. The deposit is the same as the monthly rent.

Q. Will a stove be provided?
A. Yes.

Q. Will you accept Section 8?
A. Yes.

Q. Will you peform a credit check?
A. Credit is not an issue. We accept tenants who have stable employment and background.

Q. Are pets okay?
A. Yes, in single family homes only, but a non-refundable pet fee is required. See Pet Policy. Pets are not a good fit for our multifamily dwellings.
