Listed below are requirements that at least one of the applicants must meet:
- 1 year on current job
AND/OR
- 1 year verifiable rental or mortgage history
AND/OR
- Gross income (before taxes) must be 3X’s the amount of rent
Everyone 18 years of age and older must fill out an application and submit it with the items listed below:
- Application
- Copy of current drivers license
- Copy of 2 most recent check stubs
Applicants must not have any violent convictions or numerous law suits for non payment of bills within the last 3 years.
After your application is received along with all required documents, the approval process
begins.
- If your application meet the requirements, you will pay the NON-REFUNDABLE application fee ($40.00 per applicant) to have a 3rd party company perform the tenant screening (i.e. background check, income and employment verification).
- If everything checks out okay, then the house is yours.
- You will bring certified funds to pay the security deposit and sign a lease.
If you are lacking rental history, or you haven’t been on your job for the length of the time
required, you could still qualify if you have a credit score of 600 or above, or if you have an
approved co-signer.
